By accessing or using BotifyTrades ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
BotifyTrades provides automated trading software that monitors Discord channels and executes trades through supported brokerage accounts. The Service includes a desktop application, web dashboard, and mobile companion app.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and all activity under your account.
BotifyTrades is a software automation tool only. It is not a financial advisor, broker-dealer, investment advisor, or signal provider. BotifyTrades does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals. Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice of any kind.
Automated trading involves substantial risk of loss, including the potential for total loss of invested capital. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions and outcomes. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.
BotifyTrades integrates with third-party brokerage platforms. You must review and comply with your broker's terms of service.
By registering a bot and pairing it with your account, you consent to BotifyTrades collecting and processing trading data (positions, trades, alerts, account status) relayed from your desktop bot. This data is stored on servers located in the United States. You may withdraw consent and delete your trading data at any time through the dashboard.
Compliance audit records are retained in an immutable, anonymized format for regulatory requirements and cannot be deleted.
BotifyTrades is provided "as is." We are not liable for trading losses, broker outages, missed signals, broker account restrictions or terminations, API changes, or any damages arising from use of the Service. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account and all associated trading data at any time through the dashboard Data & Privacy section or by contacting support.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
